At Routine Vinyl, we want you to love every spin. If your record arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your vinyl is in its original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging and that the return request is initiated within 30 days of receipt.

  Contact Support

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of any damage to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack Securely

  Place the record in its original mailer or a dedicated vinyl shipping box to prevent warping or corner dings during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop the package at any authorized carrier location; your refund will be processed once the inspection is complete.
