How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?
We use premium, reinforced cardboard mailers specifically designed for vinyl. Each record is padded with bubble wrap or stiffeners to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.
What is your return policy for opened vinyl?
We accept returns on defective or warped vinyl within 30 days of purchase. However, due to the nature of the medium, we cannot accept returns on opened records for 'change of mind' reasons.
Do you sell original pressings or modern reissues?
Routine Vinyl stocks a curated mix of both. Each product description clearly states whether the item is a 'New Reissue,' 'Limited Edition Color Pressing,' or a 'Vintage Original.'
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while international shipping can take 10-21 business days depending on the destination.
Can I cancel a pre-order?
Yes, you can cancel a pre-order at any time before the official release date for a full refund. Once the item has entered the shipping process, our standard return policy applies.
